The crash happened when Vonn\u2019s right ski pole struck an outside gate, throwing her off balance and sending her tumbling down the course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
She was first treated on-site, then transported by helicopter to Ca\u2019 Foncello Hospital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
