According to investigators, the conflict began when a 55-year-old man accidentally bumped into Tate on the downtown C\/E platform, leading to a heated argument.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
During the dispute, Tate allegedly punched the man in the face and then fled the station.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
