Twenty-seven campers and counselors died, and 11 remain missing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Heartbreaking Last Messages<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Among the victims was 21-year-old Joyce Catherine Badon, who sent a final text: \u201cWe\u2019re being washed away.\u201d Her mother shared, \u201cWe found our lovely daughter who blessed us for 21 years! We pray to be able to find her three friends soon. God is good!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>County Impact<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kerr County suffered the most losses with 84 deaths.
