I just won\u2019t sell them to you\u2026 I don\u2019t approve of your politics.\u201d<\/em>&nbsp;He said police sided with the vendor and called the incident&nbsp;<em>\u201cMcCarthyism of the left.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He told&nbsp;<em>Newsweek<\/em>,&nbsp;<em>\u201cI will be petitioning the farmers market to grant booths only to venders who are willing to sell all customers regardless of religion, race or political views.\u201d<\/em>&nbsp;If denied, he may sue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Critics argue that political affiliation isn\u2019t legally protected.
