Chow\u2019s wife, Doris, survived.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Police Chief Lisa Davis called it an \u201cunprovoked and deliberate attack\u201d on \u201cinnocent lives in broad daylight.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Police say the violence began at 2:15 p.m. when Nieneker shot Machuca, then fatally shot Chow and Fung before stealing their vehicle. He then went on a destructive spree\u2014crashing into cars, assaulting drivers, and attempting carjackings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Witness Chris Ferran told KGNS News, \u201cI chased him down and called 911\u2026 I got my daughters out of there.\u201d Nieneker was arrested at 3:06 p.m. after being found naked in a residential area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sgt.
