karma when they appeared in court before a room full of police officers after attempting to kill an officer during a robbery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The incident unfolded when two officers responded to a report of three men attempting to rob three individuals outside Caesars Casino, leading to a shootout. During the confrontation, 25-year-old Jerome Damon was killed. Officer Jostle Vadell, 29, was rushed to the hospital in critical condition but has since been stabilized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cOur hearts are heavy at this hour, but our resolve to capture these suspects remains undeterred,\u201d said New Jersey PBA president Patrick Colligan in a statement. \u201cWe ask for prayers for the officer, his family, and the Atlantic City Police Department.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Officer Vadell\u2019s wife shared an update on Facebook about his condition:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
