The tragic murder of 23-year-old Ukrainian refugee Iryna Zarutska<\/strong> on August 22 shocked the nation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zarutska was stabbed on a Charlotte train by Decarlos Brown Jr.<\/strong>, a known felon with 14 prior arrests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Despite witnesses\u2019 efforts, she died at the scene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
