sharply criticized President Donald Trump and Vice President JD Vance<\/p>\n\n\n\n
during an appearance on ABC\u2019s This Week<\/em> on Sunday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The comments came in response to Trump\u2019s recent social media post, in which he said Pritzker and Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cshould be in jail\u201d for allegedly failing to protect ICE officers during a recent protest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Pritzker responded defiantly, telling host George Stephanopoulos, \u201cCome and get me.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n Pritzker accused the Trump administration of spreading falsehoods and targeting political opponents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cYou heard a tidal wave of lies from the vice president of the United States,\u201d he said,<\/p>\n\n\n\n referring to Vance\u2019s earlier appearance on the program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cThey are making things up to go after people\u2026 I\u2019m not afraid.
