Ace Patton Ashford, an 18-year-old rodeo star from Lott, Texas, tragically lost his life in a ranch accident. While caring for a sick calf, a startled<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A gifted team roper, Ashford had recently graduated from Rosebud-Lott High School and was set to join the Hill College Rodeo Team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
His numerous junior and all-ages championships marked him as one of rodeo\u2019s most promising young talents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
