You\u2019re safe.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Animal control said he\u2019d been abandoned and might be euthanized within 72 hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I couldn\u2019t let that happen \u2014 so I adopted him.
