Photos showed an overturned truck and several damaged vehicles before the highway reopened later that night.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Winter, 45, served in the Colorado Legislature for over a decade and was assistant Senate majority leader.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
She was known for her work on transportation, environmental issues, and community advocacy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
