Texas Teen Missing Since Christm
Camila “Cami” Mendoza Olmos, a 19-year-old from San Antonio,
disappeared early Christmas Eve and is believed to be in “imminent danger,” according to authorities.
She was last seen around 7 a.m. outside her home wearing pajama shorts and a hoodie, then vanished on foot, leaving her car and phone behind.
Sheriff Javier Salazar called it “highly unusual” for her to leave without her phone and not return.
Investigators say the case may extend beyond the U.S. and are exploring scenarios including kidnapping, trafficking, or a voluntary departure.
Federal agencies are assisting, and border activity is being monitored.
Salazar confirmed she was not detained by ICE, saying, “That was a personal concern.”
A close friend described Olmos as “just full of love,” adding, “This is so random.”
