Chilling new video reveals blood trail
The disappearance of 84-year-old Nancy Guthrie is now being treated as a criminal investigation, as authorities say evidence points to a violent crime.
Four days after she vanished from her Tucson home, Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos confirmed investigators believe she did not leave on her own,
stating, “We do believe Nancy was taken from her home against her will.”
Police have acknowledged finding troubling signs inside the residence, including evidence that caused “immediate alarm,” though details have not been officially released.
Law-enforcement sources cited by national outlets report blood inside the home, signs of forced entry, and personal items — including her phone — left behind.
New video has intensified concerns. Footage shows dark red drops and splatter on the front porch, with sources saying the blood trail matches what was described as a chaotic scene.
Even after forensic work was completed, blood reportedly remained visible outside the door.
Investigators have not confirmed whose blood it is,
and answers remain elusive for the family as the search continues.
