Bill Barr Teamed With DA Fani Willis On Trump

Barr and Willis Team Up Against Trump
Former U.S. Attorney General William Barr reportedly worked with Fulton County DA Fani Willis, who charged Trump and 18 others in Georgia over the 2020 election. Whistleblower Patrícia Lélis said Barr helped plan Willis’s prosecution to block Trump’s 2024 run.

Secret Meetings and Strategies
Lélis claimed she attended “dozens” of secret meetings in Washington, D.C., involving Barr, Willis, and others. One meeting on September 6, 2021, included Barr and CNN commentator Shermichael Singleton. Lélis noted, “The investigation will be focused on people close to Trump and make efforts to formally prosecute these people.”

Targeting Trump’s Allies
Barr reportedly identified targets like Steve Bannon, Rudy Giuliani, and the Proud Boys. Many later received subpoenas for the January 6 committee. Photos show Barr meeting Willis and federal prosecutor Jack Smith in 2022 to plan charges related to Trump’s handling of classified documents.

RICO Charges Planned
Meeting notes from 2023 reveal Barr advising Willis to use racketeering charges. Lélis quoted Barr saying, “we should bring RICO because it’s a very difficult type of charge to defend,” explaining the complexity of these charges under U.S. law.
