Kids Lead Police to Burglars

A group of children known as the “Tremendous Twelve” became heroes after directing police to two burglary suspects using a human arrow.

Speaking to The Mail on Sunday, the kids, aged six to twelve, said, “We feel really proud – it was awesome.”

Quick Thinking in Action

While on an Easter egg hunt near Capel, Surrey, the children spotted a police helicopter circling two men.

After shouting didn’t work, one child said, “Let’s get into an arrow,”

and they lay on the ground to point the pilot toward the suspects.

Successful Capture

The helicopter followed their signal, leading to the arrest of two men, aged 27 and 28, suspected of farm burglary.

Praise for the Kids

Sergeant Paul Sochon praised their efforts: “The initiative they displayed was vital.”

Parents and onlookers compared their clever teamwork to Scooby-Doo or Enid Blyton adventures.
