Laura Ingraham and Donald Trump Jr. join
1. New Partnership
Fox News host Laura Ingraham has entered a business partnership with Donald Trump Jr.,
raising more questions about the Trump family’s close ties with media allies and claims of mixing politics with profit.
2. Joining Trump Jr.’s SPAC
Ingraham has joined Colombier Acquisition Corp III, a SPAC led by Trump Jr.
SPACs raise money to buy or merge with private companies.
Its goal, according to SEC filings, is to “fund the next chapter of American Exceptionalism and help Make America Grow Again.”
The group recently filed for an IPO worth about $260 million.
3. Leadership Circle
The SPAC’s leadership includes Trump-aligned figures such as Omeed Malik and others connected to conservative business circles.
4. Political Concerns
The move deepens the Trump–Fox connection.
Critics say ventures like these show the Trump family using political power for financial gain,
especially as Trump Jr. and Eric Trump launch new business projects.
