Hillary Clinton announced she is stepping back from front-line politics after nearly five decades of public service.

Her career includes roles as First Lady of Arkansas, First Lady of the United States, U.S. Senator, Secretary of State,

and the first woman to win a major party’s presidential nomination.

“It’s not a goodbye… it’s a redirection,” she added, emphasizing her shift toward mentoring young leaders and advocacy.

Clinton highlighted lifelong work for equality, from the Children’s Defense Fund to her statement that “women’s rights are human rights.”

Her next priorities are expanding girls’ education, improving civic literacy,

Reactions praised her legacy. “Democracy isn’t a spectator sport… I’ve had my turn.

Now it’s yours,” Clinton concluded, encouraging the next generation of leaders.
