My husband, Ryan, disliked our intimidating neighbor, Travis, walking our seven-year-old daughter Emma home from school.
Although Travis looked frightening, I had known him for years and trusted him completely. Emma also enjoyed their walks.
Ryan claimed he didn’t trust Travis but never explained why.

Ryan realized his jealousy had put Emma in the middle. He apologized to everyone and began spending more time with his daughter.
