Donald Trump Accuses Beyoncé And Oprah
Trump Demands Prosecution Over Alleged Celebrity Payments
Former President Donald Trump has called for the prosecution of Kamala Harris, claiming her 2024 campaign illegally paid celebrities for endorsements.
“YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO PAY FOR AN ENDORSEMENT. IT IS TOTALLY ILLEGAL TO DO SO,” Trump posted on Truth Social.
He alleged Beyoncé was paid $11 million, Oprah $3 million, and Rev. Al Sharpton $600,000—though public documents only confirm smaller payments for event participation, not endorsements.
“They should all be prosecuted!” Trump wrote.
Harris reportedly paid Beyoncé’s company $165,000 for a Houston rally appearance. Rev. Sharpton’s group and Oprah’s production company received $500,000 and $1 million respectively for a Michigan livestream event.
Harris’ team and the celebrities deny the payments were for endorsements. Oprah said she “was not paid a dime,” and Beyoncé’s mother called the $11 million claim false.
Despite repeated accusations since 2023, Harris has not responded publicly.
