Sacramento Shooting Arrest
Federal agents have arrested 64-year-old Anibal Hernandez-Santana for a drive-by shooting at ABC 10 in Sacramento.
He was first taken into custody on Sept. 19, posted $200,000 bail, and was quickly re-arrested on federal charges.
Chilling Note
Authorities found a handwritten note in his car mentioning top Trump administration officials: “For hiding Epstein & ignoring red flags.
Do not support Patel, Bongino, & AG Pam Bondi. They’re next. — C.K. from above.”
Anti-Trump Social Media
Investigators also uncovered posts showing anti-Trump views.
One read: “Where is a good heart attack when we need it the most??
Please join in my thoughts and prayers for the physical demise of our fearful leader.” His attorney claims he is targeted for his political opinions.
Federal Response & Context
FBI Deputy Director Kash Patel said, “Targeted acts of violence will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.”
The shooting occurred amid protests over Jimmy Kimmel’s controversial suspension.
