Student ‘burned alive’ after being trapped

Tesla Cybertruck Lawsuit: Student Burned Alive After Fatal Crash

A tragic crash in Piedmont, California,

left three young people dead when a Tesla Cybertruck burst into flames on Nov. 27, 2024.

Among the victims was 19-year-old Krysta Tsukahara,

who was “entombed” inside the burning vehicle after its electronic doors failed.

Police said the Cybertruck, driven by Soren Dixon, 19, struck a wall and caught fire.

Dixon and passenger Jack Nelson, 20, also died.

The only survivor was Jordan Miller, rescued moments before the truck was engulfed.

Toxicology reports later showed Dixon was driving under the influence of meth, cocaine, and alcohol.

Krysta’s parents filed a wrongful death lawsuit accusing Tesla of “conscious disregard” for safety

, claiming the electric door system became inoperable, trapping her inside.

“The design of this vehicle failed Krysta,” their attorney said.

Her father added, “This company is worth a trillion dollars – how can you release a machine that’s not safe?”
