Declassified FBI Records Revive Allegations Against Senator Adam Schiff
Newly declassified FBI interview records have reignited claims that
Senator Adam Schiff authorized leaks of classified information during the Trump–Russia investigation.
According to documents obtained by Just The News, a Democratic whistleblower who
worked for the House Intelligence Committee told the FBI multiple times between 2017 and
2023 that Schiff approved leaks meant to damage then-President Donald Trump.
The source alleged that Rep. Eric Swalwell acted as a direct source for the leaks, a charge Swalwell denies.
One FBI summary quoted the whistleblower saying Schiff told
staff “the group would leak classified information which was derogatory to President… Trump.”
The whistleblower also claimed Schiff had been promised a senior intelligence role if Hillary Clinton won in 2016 and was later dismissed after alerting the FBI.
Schiff’s office has not responded to the new allegations, which critics say could carry serious legal and political consequences.
