Snoop Dogg Reacts to Family’s Help When
What was meant to be a quick takeout stop in Livigno became a heartwarming story during the Winter Games.
While covering events in Italy for NBCUniversal, Snoop Dogg visited the local restaurant Cronox and ordered a cheeseburger, wings, nuggets, and fries.
But when his team tried to pay, the card machine failed. According to Sofia Valmadre, “the payment simply wouldn’t go through.”
Instead of insisting, her mother told him not to worry and let him take the food — a generous act from a small family business.
The next day, Snoop returned the kindness. The family confirmed he sent them five tickets to the men’s snowboard
halfpipe final at the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics, turning an awkward moment into an unforgettable experience.
Snoop is also serving as Team USA’s first Honorary Coach with the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee.
What began as a simple payment issue became a story of generosity and gratitude.
