Desperate Couple Adopts Triplets
A Long Road to Parenthood
Sarah and Andy Justice from Tulsa, Oklahoma, spent years trying to have children. “We looked for a child for three years before deciding to pursue adoption,” they said.
A Surprise Adoption
They were matched with a birth mother and were shocked during an ultrasound—she was expecting triplets. In 2014, Joel, Hannah, and Elizabeth were born prematurely and stayed in the NICU before going home. “We couldn’t have been happier,” the couple said.

Even More Joy
Just a week later, Sarah’s doctor gave her astonishing news: she was pregnant with twins. Eight months later, Abigail and Andrew arrived. Soon after, Sarah became pregnant again and gave birth to Caleb.

A Full, Happy House
The family appeared on the TODAY show, where Andy shared, “As soon as you get one diaper changed, it’s time to start all over again.” Despite the chaos, Sarah said, “We just love having these children.”
