Kim Kardashian Reveals She Has a Brain Aneurysm
LOS ANGELES, Calif. – Kim Kardashian has revealed she was diagnosed with a
brain aneurysm after a routine MRI scan filmed for The Kardashians season seven premiere.
“There was a little aneurysm,” the 45-year-old told her sister Kourtney during an emotional phone call.
When Kourtney responded, “Whoa!”, Kim explained that doctors linked it to “just stress.”
Kim said years of tension from her divorce from Kanye West and the pressure of protecting her four children had taken a toll.
“I feel more stressed probably just because I have to protect my kids,” she shared.
A brain aneurysm is a bulge in a brain blood vessel that can be life-threatening if it ruptures.
Kim has not revealed her treatment plan but said the stress also caused her psoriasis to flare up again.
“I always felt really bad and always wanted to help,” she said.
“This was the first time I didn’t feel that responsibility.”
